Me? I’m nobody. I’m everybody. I am here for my family, friends and anyone that need a sounding board, a shoulder to cry on, or a strong back for support. My support of course, is my inner circle….nigh impenetrable. Many knock on that door, few pass the threshold.
Adjectives to accurately describe me…hmmm: bodybuilder, book reader, gamer, party starter, lover, photographer, comedian, geek, fighter, mentor, veteran. I’m almost positive I left something out, but I’m sure it’ll come to me later.
I’ve been lucky all my life. Lucky to have seen most of the world and survived almost scratch-free. Wearer of many hats, walker of many paths (pretty vague huh,)…let’s just say I’ve seen, done, and will continue doing a lot things on mother earth, and I’m gonna put my 2 cents in any and everything that garners my attention.

Great Blog Dennis…very insightful. And here I thought you were one of those “Johnny Bravo” types. I appreciate your wisdom.
Question…I need some help to kick-start my own healthy program. I was always the healthy type…but since the Navy, I’ve gotten a little lazy. I did however, lose about 25 lbs recently, but now I want to do more. Help a sister out. I am also looking for someone to help me for my church fund-raiser. I need someone that knows the Urban Step dances…we will be holding monthly functions doing this to promote health etc. Please let me know if you know of someone. Thanks Dennis!!!

Thank you very much, Ketcia! I can definitely give you some pointers on the healthy side of life, however I don’t know anyone personally in the step class arena. I know of a few A.C.E. instructors however, let me buzz them regarding that class.

Love it…..your cousin turned me onto your blog. I read the one last evening i forgot what it was called i had a few glasses of Mocato LOL….but it was 10 questions for women i laughed and enjoyed it and read all of your more recent ones…ty

Thanks Dina, glad you enjoyed the read! Moscato huh? Veuve Clicquot is my favorite these days. Its’ a champagne, and with some Florida orange juice, the mimosas are very “inspiring”.

You may have not intended to do so, but I believe you’ve managed to express the state of mind that a lot of people are in. The sense of wanting to help, but not knowing how or where, is some thing a lot of us are going through.
